When choosing a tractor, you need to consider whether the road conditions for customers to transport from point A to point B are smooth. If the transportation weight is light and the transportation road is smooth and has good passability, you can use a single-machine reduction axle with a smaller rear axle speed ratio. The advantages of the single-stage reduction axle are fuel economy and high speed.
If the transportation weight is large and the road is uneven and the passability is poor, you need to choose a double-stage reduction axle with a large rear axle speed ratio, that is, central reduction and wheel side reduction. The advantage of the double-stage reduction axle is that it has strong load-bearing capacity and is easy to pass through uneven road sections.
Dump Truck:
When choosing a dump truck, customers need to be helped to consider many factors. First, consider whether the customer's one-time transportation weight is large. If the customer needs to transport heavy goods at one time, we need to choose a three-layer or double-layer dump truck chassis to have better load-bearing capacity. If the customer's transportation distance is long and the road conditions are poor, we still have to consider the customer's fuel tank capacity and axle selection, which is the same as the selection factors of the tractor. At the same time, we must also take into account the actual requirements of the customer for the cargo box, and fully understand the weight, sharpness, density, etc. of the goods that the customer needs to transport, so as to calculate the volume of the container that the customer needs. When customers need to transport sharp goods and a loader is required to dump the goods from a higher place, the bottom plate of the cargo box must be made thicker.
Regarding the choice of lifting method, if the customer requires that the length of the dump truck's cargo box does not exceed 6.2m, the mid-top T-type lifting method can be used, which can lift faster and with higher efficiency. But when the length of the cargo box exceeds 6.2m, we need to use a safer and stronger front-top lifting method.
Cargo Truck
Cargo trucks should be recommended to customers based on the actual goods they transport, such as pallet trucks, fence trucks, refrigerated trucks, box trucks, wingspan trucks, etc.
Special Truck
Special-purpose vehicles are mainly modified according to the actual working conditions of customers. Currently, the main exported special-purpose vehicles include mixer trucks, sewage suction trucks, fire trucks, aerial work vehicles, compressed garbage trucks, truck-mounted cranes, etc. The modification is mainly based on the chassis wheelbase and the special vehicle volume required by the customer. The truck-mounted crane also needs to select a crane of appropriate tonnage for modification.
